On November 7, 2009, my colleagues and I in the House of Representatives passed the Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R. 3962) to provide quality affordable health care for all Americans and to control the growing rate of health care costs.  H.R. 3962 builds off of the original bill introduced in the House to reform our health care system (H.R. 3200) to bring more immediate reforms to our system and bring down the cost of reform.
